Strawberries And Cream Pancakes

(12 servings)

  • 3 large eggs
  • 5 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • whipped cream
  • strawberries
Mix eggs, sugar and milk together in a bowl (using electric mixer). Add flour gradually. Keep mixing until thick.

Pour pancake-sized amounts into a greased pan and flip once one side is cooked.

Top each with whipped cream and strawberries. Serve and enjoy.


Couldn't be easier. Just four ingredient and strawberries and whipped cream for topping. Serves 4 people.
