First off take a half or whole table spoon of sugar evenly spread at the bottom of the bowl.
- wheat germ
- grape-nuts cereal
- flax seeds
Then take 2 table spoons of wheat germ and evenly spread over sugar, take a half or whole teaspoon of cinnamon and spread evenly over last ingredients. Now take 2 table spoons of flax seeds (whole or ground) and again spread evenly over other ingredients, and now take your grape-nuts cereal and measure a half cup (that is one serving according to the nutrional label) and just pour over other ingredients, now take a 1/4 cup of pecans pour on top of everthing else.
Lastly just add more cinnamon if desired on top and just add a cup of milk and enjoy the BLEND.
This cereal is still a work in progress I'm still adding new spices and ingredients but what I have now will stay awhile it's that good. Most ingredients can be added and subtracted or substituted for example instead of sugar maybe honey or brown sugar. Well anyway you have it just remember enjoy the dawn of a new day with a great bowl of cereal. (AND OF COURSE GIVE OUR GREAT HEAVENLY FATHER PRAISE)
