Tater Tot Turkey Hash

  • 15-20 Tater Tots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cooked turkey or chicken - chopped
  • Cooking spray
Cook the tater tots in a skillet greased with cooking spray on med-high heat until they begin to thaw and brown slightly (5-7 minutes.) With a spatula, break up the tater tots into little pieces in the pan. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add turkey or chicken and cook until all is heated through. Season with salt and pepper.

GREAT for Thanksgiving leftover or a quick and healthy hash. Try adding chopped green pepper OR use breakfast sausage instead of turkey.
