  
Cinnamon Honey Syrup
   
(4 servings)
   
		- 3/4 cup honey
 - 
1/2 cup butter or margarine
 - 
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  
		In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients.  Stir constantly until hot and well blended. 
 
Makes enough syrup for about a dozen pancakes.
  
  
		
		
		This is delicious alternative to maple syrup.  Serve it warm and I know you'll love it.
