Oat Bran Banana Porridge

(1 serving)

  • 1 small banana - chopped
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/3 cup oat bran
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash salt
  • milk - optional
Simply, combine all ingredients except honey in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes - giving it a stir after each minute.

Revove from microwave. Stir in honey. Serve warm, with milk if desired.
