Sundae Smoothie

(2 servings)

  • 113 gram (4 ounce) container fat-free caramel yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop fat-free frozen french vanilla yogurt
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Combine the caramel yogurt and frozen french vanilla yogurt in a blender. Peel and chop frozen banana and wash and chop strawberries and add to blender. Finally add chocolate syrup to blender and blend until smooth.


It tastes like a real sundae!
