Cranberry Orange Smoothie

(4 servings)
![](c.gif)
- 1 cups low-fat milk
-
1 cup orange juice
-
1 cup cranberry juice
-
2 large bananas - cut into 1 inch pieces
-
3 Tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute equivalent
-
16 ice cubes - crushed
This is a nice smoothie to wake up the senses. The cranberry juice adds a fruity tang to otherwise familiar smoothie flavors. I found that the sugar wasn't necessary. I recommend tasting it before you add the sugar to see how much added sweetener you want. (Recipe submitted in 2006. It was tested and photographed in November 2013.)

Note From Recipe Submitter:
For a wild brunch, go ahead and add one shot of orange liquor to each serving. I do.
