Easy Breakfast Shake

(1 serving)

  • 4 or more ice cubes
  • fat-free vanilla yogurt (about 1/2 cup)
  • diet chocolate powdered drink mix (like Slim-Fast)
You will need a blender, at least 4 ice cubes, more if you want it thick. Crush ice, add yogurt, mix the two together and add powdered mix. Blend together for maybe 30 seconds. The exact amount of the ingredients depends on how much of everything you put in. Pour into glass.

My blender calls to pour small amount of water in blender to crush ice. Both mixes call for two scoops.


Do not drink to fast, you will get a what my family calls an ice cream headache. Yes I still get them because... the shakes taste so good I drink them quickly. I use chocolate because, I do not like strawberry and vanilla it is boring.
