Cinnamon and Raisin Spread

(12 servings)

  • 1 cup fat free cream cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a food proccessor, blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, cinnamon and sugar until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in raisins. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.


Easy to make and great on toast and pancakes!
