Peppermint Mocha Smoothie

(1 serving)

  • 4 Tablespoons vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 2 Tablespoons peppermint candies (you know... the pink and white hard ones)
  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend away until smooth. Serve and enjoy!

Great for dessert or to splurge during a weekend brunch.

More of a shake than a smoothie. This one is for special occasions. It gets a 0 for diet, but a 10 for deliciousness.
