Minty Melon Smoothie

(1 serving)

  • 1 cup cantaloupe - cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup honeydew melon - cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup watermelon - remove seed and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 to 1/2 mango juice (depending how thick you like your smoothies)
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoons honey
  • 5 fresh mint leaves - finely chopped
  • 2 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender and whip until smooth.
