Cory's Breakfast Lasagna

(4 servings)

  • 1 pound bag of frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 container sour cream
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 pound cooked bacon - crumbled
  • 2 cups Cheddar and/or Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a small bowl, stir together the mushroom soup and sour cream.

Using a lasagne try, stack the ingredients in the flowering order:

1st layer - hash browns

2nd layer - sour cream and mushroom soup mixture

3rd layer - onions

4th layer - bacon

Top with cheese

Cover baking dish with foil and cook for approximately 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Take foil off and let cook for another 5 minutes until top layer of cheese is bubbly and somewhat golden brown.

Layers of baked breakfast goodness including hash browns, bacon and cheese.
