Golden Peaks of Fun

  • 1 cup Kashi Go-lean crunch cereal
  • 1 medium bananna
  • 1 cup of low fat frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
Place the cereal in a bowl. Then cut up the bananna into bite-size chunks and put on top of cereal. Then spoon the frozen yogurt evenly upon the cereal-fruit mixture on the bottom of the bowl. Then get your two tablespoons of creamy peanut butter and make the golden peaks on the mountains of yogurt.


This is absolutely incredible...I like it for breakfast or even dessert. It is best to let the yogurt melt just a smidge so that the sweet vanilla flavor seeps down into the cereal. Freezing your bananna before you start assembling the dish is also excellent!
