Four Cheese Herb Quiche

(6 servings)

  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese - shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese - shredded
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped chives
Mix first three cheeses together and place in pie shell. Blend remaining ingredients together in blender on high for two minutes. Pour over cheeses.

Bake at 400 degrees for one hour.


This recipe has simple directions but makes a quiche with a nice complexity of flavor thanks to 4 different cheese and 5 different herbs.
