Apple Breakfast Lasagna
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 12 frozen french toast slices
1 15-ounce can of apple pie filling
1/2 pound boiled ham
2 and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of your favorite granola
Constructing Lasagne Layers
In a well-greased 9 x 13 inch pan, layer the following from bottom to top:
1. 6 slices French toast.
2. the ham
3. 2 cups of the cheddar cheese
4. the remaining 6 slices of French toast
5. the apple pie filling
Bake for 25 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
Some people like this served with a dollop of sour cream. That's not really for me, but maybe you'd want to try it.
