Tonia's Muesli

(10 servings)

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2/3 cup soya flour
  • 1 cup liquid honey
  • 1 cup chopped mixed nuts
  • 2 Tablespoons kelp powder
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup soya bean oil
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup brewers yeast
  • 1 cup raisins
Mix all together, apart from raisins, in large oven dish. Cook for one and a quarter hours at 120 degrees making sure you chopped the nuts.

Turn mixture every 1/4 hours. When cooked, add raisins, cool, and put into air tight container.

Stores well for a whole week.


This lightly toasted muesli is loaded with seeds, nuts and lots of nutrition.
