  
Low-Carb French Toast
   
(2 servings)
   
		- 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
 -  white from 1 egg
 -  1/4 cup water
 -  1 Tablespoon Splenda
 -  pam to cover pan
  
		Whip together egg, water and Splenda.
  
Dip bread into wet mixture.
  
Place into a pan heated on meduim heat and cook until browned.
  
  
		
		
		A sandwich maker machine works really well for this recipe too.
