I had my first waffle taco today, They are much better with bacon, than with sausage, if you ask me. I may have to try this homemade version:)

Seems to be similar idea to the McGriddle except with a waffle and folded over instead of a sandwich. Looks tasty!

Your version looks identical to the Taco Bell version. I’ll probably still eat the ingredients separately instead of combined. Does look delicious though.

Pancake tacos sound much easier.. if you’re still going to try it again, maybe fold the waffle at a 45 degree angle across the solid sections, instead of down the crease. It would still be a gigantic breakfast, but maybe it wouldn’t break as often.
