I’ve never tried that. I’d think a thin film of egg white might get over cooked. Let me know if you try it.

What if I sealed the wrap edges with egg white then cook in the microwave???

First time I heard of a breakfast burrito,was back in 1988. I was a trucker taking a load from here in Ohio to Calf. While waiting to unload in the early morning a taco wagon pulled up. The burrito was filled with eggs, bacon,hash browns and more, that and a cup of Joe was the start of a good day! Now I have to also tell you of the worst burrito I had too. I had a load to take to Erie Pa. overnight. I stopped at a truck stop and got two small microwave burritos to take with me.While driving I ate one thought the taste was a little off, then a while later I started on the second one. I had to turn on the dome light and then I saw it! The burrito was green with mold all inside the burrito! I was sick as a dog! From then on I would never buy a store bought burrito again Yuck!

What a great idea! I appreciate that you showed how to wrap; I’ve never done well with wrapping. Do you take the plastic wrap off before reheating or leave it on?
