Use Cinnamon Challah, like from Semifreddi's Bakery, in Berkeley, CA. Dip in mixture of pasture-raised eggs and organic skim milk with a dash of vanilla extract. Cook over medium to medium high heat in a pan coated with 1-2 tbsp of organic butter, dust with nutmeg while cooking and with powdered sugar right before serving ... with real maple syrup. Garnish with fresh berries.

Eat two pieces and have a multiple breakfast orgasm.

My dad was a cook in the Army. He made French Toast with enough Cinnamon and Nutmeg so as not to ever use Cinnamon Bread. My oldest son has tweek his recipe by adding Vanilla coffee creamer to it. It is delicious and has a robust taste. We prefer tasting the flavor of spices, rather than sweetness of syrup!.
