Honey Fruit Salad

(3 servings) Printable Version

Apple
Orange without seeds
Mango
Pear
Crushed pineapple
Almonds
Cashew nuts
Raisins
Fresh cream
Honey
Vanilla ice cream

Slice all the fruits and keep it aside...

Take a round bowl for serving fruit salad...

On the bottom layer of the bowl, pour 4 tablespoon of honey... add 1/4 of the fruits on top of the honey...

Next, add fresh cream on the next layer above the fruits... add the remaining fruits on top of that layer...

Put vanilla icecream on top decorated with crushed almonds and cashews along with raisins... and serve cold.

It's an excellent salad... nutritious as well as mouth watering!
