Easter Egg Casserole
(4 servings) Printable Version
In a small dish, combine yolks, relish, mayonnaise and mustard.
Stuff eggs with yolk mixture and place in a large Pyrex baking dish.
Pour prepared white sauce over all.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F. until cheese is melted and bubbly.
This funky Easter recipe takes deviled eggs and makes a quick casserole out of them.
