This was lovely piled high with a little score of butter and drizzle of light maple syrup. Comment submitted: 5/6/2013 (#15830) From shapeup
The pancakes came out great using frozen blueberries and vanilla-flavored yogurt. Barely needed any syrup. Super tasty! Comment submitted: 5/1/2013 (#15796) From Melanie D.

I replace 1/4 cup of the white flour with whole wheat flour and add a Tablespoon of wheat germ. Turns out perfect every time. Comment submitted: 11/14/2011 (#13189) From ridger12 (Team Breakfast Member)

Amazing taste. Clear directions. Thanks. Comment submitted: 10/26/2009 (#8904) From shorty
The pancake was fluffy, but I still prefer using buttermilk over yogurt. This pancake is healthier for you, though. I used 1/2 cup white flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and added 1/4t baking soda. Comment submitted: 7/11/2009 (#8380) From mad dog 69
Wicked recipe, We loved it. Making them now actually :-) Comment submitted: 8/2/2008 (#6025) From cass_e (Team Breakfast Member)
I loved the idea of yogurt in my pancakes but I replaced plain yogurt with strawberry (no fruit) and made it without sugar. I had to make two batches because everyone loved the fluffy but sweet taste so much. Comment submitted: 3/25/2008 (#4893) From Food Guy

Excellent!!! I used spelt flour, instead of wheat. Mayple syrup instead of sugar, and used almond milk. Next time i'll try coconut oil, and see how it goes. Thank you very much for a new favorite recipe. Comment submitted: 6/27/2007 (#3115) From BREKFAST MAN

Fantastic - even though I substituded the flour for organic flour and spelt as my son cannot eat wheat flour. Comment submitted: 12/27/2006 (#1052) From putty15 (Team Breakfast Member)
