Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add cream and well beaten egg yolks. Beat until smooth and add butter and nuts. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Cook in a waffle maker and add sauce topping.

I think They should have some desert sand in them to make them more desert like!
