I'm on GAPS diet, and I ALWAYS tweak recipes, so here's what I did: 4 oz puree (from pumpkins I grew - Winter Luxury variety), 4 oz coconut cream, 1 TB glycerin, 2 TB honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, 1 oz water. Very thick and tasty.

That was really good. Used honey instead of sugar. Also added about 4 ice cubes to the blender.

I made it like the recipe, EXCEPT I added 6 ounces of vanilla yogurt and just used 1/2 cup milk. I also add 3 ice cubes. It was AWESOME!

Delicious! I reduced the milk to 1 C and the sugar to 2 TBSP and replaced the cinnamon with pumpkin pie spice. Definitely thinner than a traditional milkshake - I might try adding some ice cubes next time!

Hi Mr. Breakfast, my name is Jack and I tried your recipe for pumpkin milkshake. I loved it, but I have just one suggestion: add mollasses to taste! I love your website, and thanks for providing such great breakfast ideas in an available place.
