From For WorkingQuestion

I would suggest eating something light before breakfast, even if its simply an apple or piece of toast. This will kick your metabolism in and help keep your blood sugar stable during work outs.

From WorkingQuestion

I am trying hard to put the right thing together for a breakfast. I really don't know where to start. other problem I am having is when to eat my breakfast. I get up around 8:30am, get dress and go to workout which starts at 9:30am and last for 1 hour. If I eat before I leave home its quick and I don't know if I should eat before I workout. Once I get home it is close to 11:00am and am I late starting out if I am just taking in my first meal?
