Patty's Breakfast Pizza

  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 slices of large onion (about 1/4-inch thick)
  • 3/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms - sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Separate the onion slices into rings. Saute in 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat until transparent (or if preferred, microwave in covered dish 40 to 50 seconds).

Peel and slice hard-boiled eggs. Spread pizza crust with Alfredo sauce. Top with onions, ham, eggs and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 425 degrees 10 to 15 minutes until sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted.

Cooking Note: Please refer to the packaging for your prepared pizza dough. It will sometimes instruct you to par-bake the crust by putting it in the over for a few minutes before adding any toppings.


This breakfast pizza uses hard-boiled eggs and Alfredo sauce. The other toppings are more traditional. This recipe requires a prepared pizza crust.
