  • 4 eggs
  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrot
  • bacon / sausage/ ham (qty. depends on how much you like it)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup oil (any type)
1. Cut into small pieces, 1 to 1 1/2 inch, the potato and carrot, place them in the pan with the oil and stir constantly (medium heat). Take out of the pan when the potatoes are soft.

2. Hardboil the eggs while elaborating step one. EASY... hehehe After boiling the eggs take the shell off and cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces.

3. When using bacon place it on a pan and wait for it to be cooked (like u normally do) then cut it into 1/2 inch squares. The ham and sausage are the other way around, cut then place on the pan and add the salt over it still when it is on the pan.

4. After done with the cooking to serve: In a small bowl (for one person) place a layer of the carrots and potatoes then a layer of eggs and finally a layer of ham/sausage/bacon. Do this 2 times on the bowl. (if you want you can also add some grated cheese of your choice).
