![]() Peanut Butter Granola Mini Bars(24 servings) Printable Version
Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray. Transfer the granola mixture and pat down with your hands or the back of a spoon until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until edges begin to brown. Cool slightly on a wire rack (5-10 min.) Be sure to cut into bars (approx 1 inch by 3 inches) while the mixture is still slightly warm. Store in a zip lock bag once completely cool.
