Super Protein Breakfast Shake

Super Protein Breakfast Shake

(1 serving)    Printable Version
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 scoops protein powder (whey
  • etc.)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen fruit
  • 2 Tbsp. flaxseeds(optional)
  • 1-2 tsp. baking cocoa
  • 1-2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
Put all ingredients in a blender and press liquify. Pour out and have yourself a super shake. Here are the nutrition facts:

Calories- 780

Fat- 23 grams (3 g. saturated)

Carbs- 65 grams (25 g. Fiber)

Protein- 78 grams

Includes loads of vitamins and minerals!
