![]() Bisquick Breakfast Pie(6 servings) Printable Version
Place butter in a large skillet over high heat. Add the onions and saute them until tender and browned. Season them with salt, pepper and fine herbs. Add milk to Bisquick and stir with a fork into a soft dough. Roll out on a floured board into a 10-inch square. Pat well into a well-greased 8-inch-square pan. Spoon the onions evenly over the top of the dough. Beat the egg and sour cream together with a whisk until smooth. Pour evenly over the onions and bake about 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Cut and serve.
