Eggs With Microwave Cheese Sauce

(3 servings) Printable Version

3 eggs
bacon chips (depending how much you like)
cheese

Beat the egg whites together with the egg yolks. After beating it, fry it until yellow. Put the fried eggs on a plate.

Melt the cheese in a bowl in the microwave and pour it on top of the omelette.

Sprinkle bacon chips onto the cheese. ENJOY!

This is a great idea, but I'd really like to see the amount of ingredients. How much cheese? Do bacon chips mean the kind you put on salads or crumbled bacon?
