![]() Picante Breakfast Quiche(6 servings) Printable Version
Spread the cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust, followed by an even layer of crumbled bacon and chopped onion. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the Picante sauce and the half-and-half. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust. Bake for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the quiche stand at least 10 minutes before serving. Slice and serve warm. I'll eat just about anything in a pie crust, but this South Western flavored dish is one of my favorites. Enjoy! Mr Breakfast would like to thank DixieChick for this recipe.
