![]() Multi-Grain Raisin Nut Cereal(12 servings) Printable Version
Prepare a large jelly-roll pan with a light coating of cooking spray. In a sauce pan over low heat, combine the maple syrup, honey, oil and vanilla. Stir until well combined and warm. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, mix together all other ingredients - EXCEPT for the raisins (or dried fruit). Add the warm mixture and stir until all ingredients are well-coated. Spread mixture evenly over the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until nicely browned. Remove from oven and stir in the raisins. Allow cereal to cool completely before serving or storing. Cereal stores well in an air-tight container for up to two weeks. Tastier, healthier and cheaper than similar store-bought cereals. Mr Breakfast would like to thank IowaGuy for this recipe.
