Super Smoothie

  • Ice
  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Kiwi
  • Buleberries
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • pomegranate seeds
  • Flaxseeds.
Peel banana, apple, and kiwi cut into smaller pieces put into blender add about 4 or 5 ice cubes or whatever you prefer. Then blend till ingredients are broken down then take your washed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, pomegranate seeds, and put into blender and blend till smooth. Now the flaxseeds can be added while ingredients are being blended or after smoothie is made flaxseeds can be added.


This smoothie is a great blend and a great nutritional boost to anyone's diet. Remeber just have fun and have a great time, and give our heavenly father and our saviour jesus christ praise.

Why would you use a coffe grinder if you have a Vitamix? The reason my husband bought us a Vitamix was because he asked the demonstrator if it could grind flaxseed. He was tired of my coffee grinder and my blender every morning. The demo man didn't know, but said he'd try it and find out. The flaxseeds, with a small amount of water, were pulverized. My husband said, "Sold!" Used every day since, for our health smoothie in the AM. Vitamix - get the word out! Plus, get all your ingredients ready, dump it all in together, and turn the Vitamix on.

Sounds like a great smoothie. To get the most out of the flaxseed you would need to use a coffee grinder, grind the flaxseed, they are too hard for your system to digest and will not be of any benefit to you. Will be trying this one tomorrow for breakfast.
