Steak and Spinich Quiche

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • onion and garlic salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup of steak cut into very tiny pieces (perfect use for leftover steak)
  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 can drained whole leaf spinach
Mix it together and pour into pie shell, bake on 350°F for about 40 minutes.


Who would have thought something so fantastic could be so easy to make? I'm sure you could make your own crust. It's just that it's so easy to buy the premade crust at the grocery. Enjoy!
