Cinnamon Peanut Butter Pancakes

Cinnamon Peanut Butter Pancakes

(5 servings)    Printable Version
  • 5 cups of any pancake mix
  • 1/16 cup of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of butter
  • half of a container of peanut butter
  • Hershey's brand cinnamon-flavored chips
  • 2 drops imitation vanilla flavoring
  • powdered sugar and maple syrup for topping
Put cinnamon chips, peanut butter, vanilla, 1 spoonful of butter, and sugar into a medium sized bowl and microwave until creamy substance is acheived. DO NOT heat for too long, as burning results.

Prepare the pancake mix as directed in another large bowl. Add "creamy mix" to pancake batter, stir thoroughly, until one color is observed.

Fry/cook pancake batter as directed on package. Serve pancakes with powdered sugar lightly sprinkled on top of pancake, and drizzle maple syrup over. Put the remaining spoonful of butter into a square-like shape (desired for premium melting) on pancake.
