Bread Dosa French Toast
(2 servings) Printable Version
Melt butter in frying pan at medium-high heat.
Fry both sides of all pieces of bread until golden brown - as you would for French Toast. Heat until it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with syrup or jam.
Instead of sugar we can add powdered pepper and salt for the person who hates sweet. This is one of my husband's favourite dishes!

I make the salt and pepper version with some finely chopped onions, green chillies and coriander.
