  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 1 splash orange juice
  • champagne
Pour Grand Marnier into a champagne flute. Fill almost to the top with champagne and top off with fresh orange juice.


A brunch favorite. Replace champagne and Grand Marnier with sparkling cider to make a treat for kids and alcoholics.

I love a good mimosa, especially for Sunday brunches. However, we usually do half champagne and half OJ and then maybe a splash of a flavored liqueur.
