Crockpot Corned Beef Hash

  • 1 16-ounce can of corned beef hash
  • 3 large potatoes -- peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 3 celery stalks -- chopped
  • 1 large onion -- chopped
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 2 cans of chicken broth
  • vegetable oil for frying
In a medium skillet, fry the garlic, celery, onion, and salt and pepper until vegetables are tender.

Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for about 5-6 hours.


Serve topped with a pat of butter per serving. Very nice!
