German Apple Pancakes

(4 servings)

  • 2 cups Bisquick's Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream per serving
  • butter or oil
Make pancake batter add vanilla to batter (let stand a couple minutes). Heat pan with butter or oil, then make pancakes.

Top with big helping of the apple pie filling and top off with sour cream.
