
German Apple Pancakes

(4 servings)

- 2 cups Bisquick's Pancake Mix
- 1 cup Water
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream per serving
- butter or oil
Make pancake batter add vanilla to batter (let stand a couple minutes). Heat pan with butter or oil, then make pancakes.
Top with big helping of the apple pie filling and top off with sour cream.
