Chocolate Milk Crepes

(20 servings)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chocolate milk (plus an additional milk to thin the batter)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon butter - melted
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon additional butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix in the flour, chocolate milk, sugar, and melted butter and let mixture sit when you are making the chocolate blend. Chop the chocolate,and butter. When you are done with that, heat the heavy cream over a double-boiler. When their are bubbles on the side, put the chocolate and butter in and wait till melted. When it is melted and mixed, pour into batter and mix.
