Crockpot Wheat Berry Cereal

(4 servings)

  • 1 cup Wheat berries - rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1/2 cup apricots - chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
Place all ingredients in the crockpot in the evening. Stir to mix.

Cook on low over night.

Serve in the morning with milk and brown sugar.


So simple. So healthy. I love my crockpot!
