Hawaiian Coconut Spread

(10 servings)

  • 8 ounces cream cheese - softened
  • 2 Tablespoons apricot or peach preserves
  • 1/3 cup flaked coconut
Combine cream cheese and preserves, mixing until well blended. Add coconut; mix well. Chill.

Serve on toast. Sweet fruit or nut breads work best.


It's hard to find but pinapple preserves work great too. Enjoy!
