Tonia's Muesli

(10 servings)

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2/3 cup soya flour
  • 1 cup liquid honey
  • 1 cup chopped mixed nuts
  • 2 tablespoons kelp powder
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup soya bean oil
  • 1 cup wheatgerm
  • 1/2 cup brewers yeast
  • 1 cup rasins.
Mix all together, apart from rasins, in large oven dish.Cook for one and a quarter hours at 120 make sure you chop nuts.turn mixture every 1/4 hours. When cooked,add rasins,cool,and put into air tight container.
