If you're looking for Mexican food, especially breakfast in El Paso, you can go wrong with La Malinche. They have several locations. We usually go to the one on Doniphan on the West side. Try the Huevos Rancheros, done with a spicy cheese sauce instead of the more traditional red sauce, but delicious nonetheless. I also like the machaca burrito. Traditional eggs and bacon (lots of it) is good to. You'll love the prices too.
