Last time we were there the hostess was going to sit us on the darker side. When we asked to sit on the sunny side she did but seemed relunctent, there were only about 3 groups in the entire place at that time. We ended up near the buffet & could hear constant chopping from the back where they were prepping. We asked if they were going to be doing that for much longer. She did go back & ask them to stop. Our son ordered orange juice & it came FILLED w/ice & they charged quite a bit. When we asked about a refill (because he hardly got any the first time) we were told there weren't refills. We said we would have asked for no ice the first time. She stated it came from the bar so always had ice. (We eat out for breakfast often & they are the only one I can think of that put ice in their juice. The manager came by & we told him our dissatisfaction w/the oj. He didn't seem very interested in wanting to make us happy but did get us another one w/out ice. They have a sign when you walk in that they have a good product, good portions, & a reasonable price. I'd disagree. We do the like omelet person but when he has a big group in line I think they should write down what people want because they do forget ingredients & I can understand that. I think for the price they should be better. This was probably our worst experience there.

The line was long, the pans were empty, for the price I would expect better. The guy at the egg station was very nice.

very good! nice buffet with good variety and 'the egg man' is wonderful!
