Haedrich's is a European Gourmet Market that features a delicatessen, meat market, and European-style cafe specializing in homemade sausages and sauerkraut. This place offers huge breakfasts, sandwiches, deli salads, and dinners. Among the locals, Haedrich's is Carlsbad's best known secret on dining out for breakfast, while German ex-patriots rave about the quality and wide variety of Haedrich's deli meats and cheeses.

Their "European-style Breakfast" consists of assorted cold cuts, cheeses, and bread rolls.

Their "Big John Breakfast" consists of "3 Eggs, home-fried Potatoes, Toast, and ALL of our own delicious Smokehouse Bacon, Pork, Link Sausage, Bratwurst, or Ham YOU CAN EAT ON THE PREMISES!" NO take-outs.
