Whew. A breath of fresh air for a breakfast/lunch place! This place has a very interesting spin on brunch, American tastes but strongly influenced by the chef's apparent Vietnamese background and fine chef's training. Breakfast/lunch is happily offered Wednesday through Sunday (closed Mon-Tue). The short ribs with (purple) poached eggs were the big winner of the day, tender, juicy, rich, nicely marbled, swimming in a divine gravy. But the mac and cheese with bacon-fried eggs was interesting and nicely done too. Good coffee, great service, and exciting choices. This is a really interesting place that we will try to frequent when we are in the area.
