Decided to try today since we had noticed the open for breakfast sign and were looking for a place close to home. It took 40 minutes to get our food and it appeared the waitress and cook were arguing about our food - the waitress was declining to serve it how he had prepared it. She should have declined to serve what eventually came to our table. My three egg omelet was so thin the egg was crispy and brown on the edges - more like an overcooked crepe. The grits were so thick I couldn't stir them without cracking the Styrofoam cup they were in. They were warm at best as were the eggs. My husbands hash browns were cold and his bagel, ham and egg sandwich was lukewarm. He had asked for the egg to be scrambled with cheese and it was more like a fried egg chopped up. All in all a disgusting breakfast. Waitress was nice and advised when serving our food that the cook has only cooked lunch and not breakfast but I question if he has ever cooked at all. It was so bad we couldn't complain and they didn't ask how our meal was so I think they know they served a horrible meal which makes it even worse.

I have to agree with the previous post. I too ate there with my wife and did the buffett. It was the worst we have ever eaten. Bubba BBQ needs to stick to BBQ...

The wife and I always drive by this place and they have a "Open for Breakfast" sign out front. So being Mother's Day we decided to try it... BIG MISTAKE! Now to be fair it might have been different if we had ordered off the menu instead of doing their Breakfast Buffet... Well the Scrambled eggs were like rubber, the Meats- Sausage links and patties were cold and greasy and the bacon was horrible. The corned beef hash the hashbrowns and the sausage gravy was horrible as well. The only saving grace was the coffee that we had to poor ourselves... All in all it was nothing I would recommend to anyone. Bubba's needs to stick to BBQ and breakfast off a menu.. leave the Buffett to someone who knows how to run one. The price after a 10 percent discount was just over 22 bucks... Don't waste your time.
